De-Matting policy

I will attempt to remove matting for 15 minuets or for as long as tolerated before your dog becomes distressed. If the matting is to sever, in accordance with the Animal Welfare Act 2006, a clip off will be required.  I will discuss ths with you before hand and there may be an additionall charge to cover my time and equipment
